What the buyer published

The University has a range of legacy systems which it will integrate with its new proposed Identity access management system which is subject to a market engagement notice which was advertised in Find a Tender service. Please see: https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/014835-2025

FTS Procurement ref: ocds-h6vhtk-0501ff

The purpose of this Direct Award is to support the delivery of the above project in respect of the legacy systems. The contractor has the knowledge, expertise and experience of the legacy systems and can ensure the successful integration and the continuing interoperability between existing systems as well as supporting the decommissioning of the old systems. The project will be phased to support the ongoing services whilst the replacement Identity Access Management System is onboarded. The contractor has expert knowledge of the existing environment. Due to the nature of the legacy systems the University does not believe that another firm can provide this service due to their expert knowledge of the environment and infrastructure.
