Note this is not a Tender - This Prior Information Notice is being published by the Business Services Organisation (BSO) Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) on behalf of the Public Health Agency (PHA), for the purposes of informing and engaging with potential service providers regarding the upcoming public competition for the provision of project management and administrative support to delivery of a Community Development Capacity Building Programme and Community Mentoring and Grants Programme.
