GSS24443 - The Provision of Occupational Health

We require occupational health services for new starters and existing employees within UKSBS, where extra support has been identified by the People Team. Services to be provided to a current headcount of approximately 690, with the potential for this to fluctuate with changes in the organisation in the next few years. We recognise that an increase to employees will mean we may need to increase the budget in the subsequent years. Occupational Health providers supporting UKSBS employees must have current Safe Effective Quality Occupational Health Service (SEQOHS) accreditation. The standards below are a reflection of the requirements of SEQOHS. The Supplier must meet the Cyber Essentials standard and the portal must be subject to penetration testing. This contract until 18th October 2025 with the potential to extend to 18th October 2026
