What the buyer published

The main telephone number of Norwich City Council is 0344 980 3333. A contract was required for the provision of this telephone number for inbound call delivery and management. The telephone number is owned by the Talk Talk Group. The contract also includes an Integrated Voice Recognition (IVR) functionality operated by TalkTalk outside of the council's own business systems. This provides business continuity and disaster recovery options. A compliant Direct Award has been made via a call-off agreement with Crown Commercial Services (CCS) under Lot 4d - Inbound Telephony Services of the Network Services 3 Framework (RM6116).
