The primary aim of this endeavour is to revolutionise Nacro's housing and support management systems to better align with our strategic imperatives of enhancing financial sustainability, fostering growth, cultivating a vibrant work environment, and elevating user experience. Through the deployment of cutting-edge Housing Management System (HMS) and Support Management tools, we aim to streamline operations, optimise resource utilisation, and elevate service delivery standards. Contract Structure:

Interested parties are invited to bid for two lots:

Lot 1: Housing Management System

Lot 2: Support Management tool

The contract duration spans five years, with a provision for extension by an additional five years. Payment terms will be negotiated, with implementation costs structured as upfront payments aligned with deliverables and ongoing licensing fees settled annually. Success Criteria:
