The purpose of this service contract is to provide skills, professional expertise and relevant experience to support ARE business colleagues in:

  • the delivery of Agricultural Reform Program (ARP) by ensuring that our Digital delivery systems that support operational delivery from Applications to Payments including Inspections operate as required to allow our Customers and Staff to interact with our products and ultimately deliver our core mission of payments into the rural economy whilst meeting our ministerial targets. And the transition from Legacy and current BAU systems to public cloud based services are done in a controlled manner. - Delivering support to Agricultural Reform Programme:
  • Providing testing evidence to the ARP SRO which allows them to make in-formed decisions about Go-Live for new public cloud based Products and Services they are responsible for. - Highlighting key operational risks from testing results to operational leaders and/or SROs therefore enabling mitigation plans to be developed for stable business operation when Products and Services are deployed into live. - UAT testing is part of the delivery process providing assurance to the business of its new products and services reducing the risk of change and ensuring that any changes are aligned to cyber security requirements. - The service provider will work with business, policy and technical staff to ensure that new products and services are appropriate, feasible from business and technical perspectives and ultimately meet the needs identified for users, business operations and policy outcomes. This area of work is key part of the programme in order to deliver the correct outcomes / benefits of ARP.
