  • Creation of a comprehensive asset register for all sites
  • Architecture, design, and configuration, of the applications supporting the Gallagher, Bosch and Stentofon suite of products
  • Upgrade and management of the physical security control software suite. • Privileged Access Maintenance and the incorporation of Joiners, Movers, Leavers processes. • Establishing and maintaining a roadmap to manage obsolescence of the security estate. • PPM of perimeter fencing, including electric fencing, gates, and vehicle barriers. • PPM of the Gallagher Intruder Detection Systems and Automated Access Control devices. • PPM of the CCTV (Closed Circuit Television), Altron CCTV Camera Column & Stentofon Video Intercom. • PPM of Physical access controls, such as HID and Gallagher readers and IP intercoms
